1. Domain Name Registrants' Rights
1.1 Registration & Privacy Rights
Your domain name registration must be subject to a Registration Agreement with an ICANN Accredited Registrar. You are entitled to review this Registration Agreement at any time, and download a copy for your records.
1.2 Information Access
You are entitled to accurate and accessible information regarding your domain services, including but not limited to:

The identity of your ICANN Accredited Registrar and any affiliated proxy or privacy service providers. -
Your Registrar's terms and conditions, including pricing information applicable to domain name registrations and privacy services. -
The customer support services offered by your Registrar and privacy services provider, including instructions on how to access them. -
Processes for registering, managing, transferring, renewing, and restoring your domain name registrations, as well as procedures for resolving disputes.
1.3 Consumer Protection
You shall not be subject to false advertising or deceptive practices by your Registrar or through any proxy or privacy services made available by your Registrar. This includes protection from hidden fees, false claims, deceptive renewals, unauthorized transfers, and any practices that are illegal under the consumer protection laws of your residence.
2. Domain Name Registrants' Responsibilities
2.1 Compliance
You must comply with the terms and conditions posted by your Registrar, including applicable policies from your Registrar, the Registry, and ICANN.
2.2 Registration & Use
You have sole responsibility for the registration and use of your domain name. You must ensure that your registration and use do not infringe upon the trademark rights of others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2.3 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate information for publication in directories and must promptly update this information to reflect any changes. Key contact roles include:

WHOIS Directory: The primary publicly accessible contact details for your domain ownership. -
Administrative Contact: The individual authorized to manage the domain's legal and administrative functions. -
Technical Contact: The individual responsible for the domain's DNS and technical operations.
2.4 Communication & Maintenance
To ensure continuous and secure service, you are required to:

Respond to inquiries from your Registrar within fifteen (15) days to maintain active registration status. -
Keep your account data consistently accurate and current. -
Keep payment information current for auto-renewal services to prevent unintended expiration. -
Regularly monitor your domain registration to identify and prevent unauthorized changes or transfers.
