The WebOps Analytics and Tag Management service provides professional analytics setup, marketing tracking, and ongoing support exclusively for WordPress websites hosted on the WebOps platform.
Included Services:
- Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and configuration.
- Marketing pixel integration (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).

- Support for up to 8 distinct tracking platforms/pixels per property.

3. Service Availability and Response Times
Our standard operational hours for analytics and tag management support are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), 7 days a week. Emergency tracking issues are monitored and supported 24/7.
| Request Type | Target Response Time |
|---|---|
| Emergency (Tracking Outage) | 1 Hour (24/7) |
| General Inquiries | 1 Hour |
| Tag Modifications | 1-2 Business Days |
| New Tag Implementations | 2-3 Business Days |
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate implementation, the Customer agrees to:
- Provide WebOps with necessary administrative access to the WordPress dashboard.
- Supply valid platform credentials and container access (e.g., GA, GTM, ad networks).
- Provide clear, documented tracking requirements and business goals.
- Respond to clarification requests and implementation questions in a timely manner.
- Notify WebOps in advance of any major website structural changes, theme updates, or URL modifications that could impact existing tracking frameworks.
5. Service Setup and Implementation
The initial onboarding process incurs a one-time setup fee and typically requires 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of all required access credentials and documentation.
During this implementation phase, WebOps will:
- Create or properly configure existing GA and GTM accounts.
- Install baseline site tracking and requested marketing pixels.
- Implement specific custom event tracking as agreed upon during onboarding.
- Thoroughly validate data flow and conversion firing.
- Provide comprehensive documentation detailing the active tag inventory.
6. Monthly Monitoring and Quarterly Reviews
As part of the ongoing subscription, WebOps conducts monthly accuracy checks to ensure baseline tracking scripts and pixels remain active, functional, and accurately recording data.
Additionally, we perform quarterly optimization reviews which include:
- A detailed assessment of current data accuracy and tag firing efficiency.
- Actionable recommendations for tracking improvements and workflow alignment.
- Identification of critical data gaps or missing conversion events.
- Optimization of existing scripts to minimize website performance impact.
Customers are also entitled to one annual strategy consultation to align future tracking needs with evolving business objectives.
7. Data Privacy and Compliance
WebOps will configure analytics and tag management tools utilizing privacy-centric methodologies to assist in broad alignment with standard global regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
WebOps does not provide legal advice. The Customer retains ultimate responsibility for overall website legal compliance, maintaining an accurate Privacy Policy, and implementing and enforcing a compliant user consent management platform (e.g., a Cookie Banner). All analytical data collected belongs entirely to the Customer.
8. Fair Usage Policy
The service is subject to a Fair Usage Policy designed to ensure high-quality support for all customers. WebOps reserves the right to limit, deprioritize, or impose additional fees for excessive tag modification requests, extensive custom script development outside normal bounds, or general misuse of the support system.
9. Service Limitations and Exclusions
The Analytics and Tag Management service explicitly excludes the following activities unless procured via a separate custom service agreement:
- Formulation of broader marketing strategies.
- In-depth interpretation or consulting on data analysis.
- Management or optimization of advertising campaigns.
- Creation of custom reporting dashboards.
- Complex API integrations with third-party CRMs.
- Legal or technical compliance audits.
- Recovery of historical data lost prior to WebOps implementation.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our service inherently relies upon external third-party platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). WebOps is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, UI changes, or policy modifications enacted by these third parties.
Any costs, advertising budgets, or licensing fees associated with third-party tools remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
11. Website Performance and Compatibility
WebOps strives to implement performance-optimized tracking to minimize the impact on your website's load speed. However, injecting external tracking scripts inevitably consumes browser resources. We are not responsible for severe compatibility issues stemming from poorly coded third-party plugins or custom themes that interfere with standard tag behavior.
The Customer is strictly required to notify WebOps prior to executing major website overhauls or theme changes, as these frequently break existing DOM-based tracking architectures.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WebOps Hosting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business, arising out of the use or inability to use this service.
Due to the volatile nature of ad-blockers, varying browser privacy settings, and unpredictable user behaviors, WebOps makes no absolute guarantee regarding 100% data capture accuracy. Our maximum liability under these terms is strictly capped at the amount equivalent to one month's service fee paid by the Customer.
13. Modifications to Service
WebOps reserves the right to modify, enhance, or adjust the parameters of this service at our discretion. We will provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to implementing any material changes. If a modification represents a material reduction in service capabilities, the Customer may terminate the agreement without penalty within 30 days of the notification.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate this service at any time. Upon cancellation, no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period, except as permitted under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Upon termination, all active tracking implemented via GTM or hardcoded scripts will remain functional on the website; however, WebOps will cease all monitoring, support, and optimization activities immediately. The Customer retains full ownership and control over all tracking accounts and historical data.
15. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our implementation. The Analytics and Tag Management service is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee for the initial subscription period.
If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees. Please note that the one-time initial setup fee is non-refundable due to the manual labor involved in account configuration. To invoke this guarantee, please contact billing via the support portal.
16. Changes to Terms
WebOps Hosting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being published to this page. The Customer is responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
