1 Program Overview
Welcome to the WebOps Hosting Affiliate Program! This document outlines the terms and conditions for participation. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.
The program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to WebOps Hosting. We value our partners and aim to foster a mutually beneficial relationship through transparent and ethical business practices.
2 Commission Structure
Affiliates are compensated based on a structured commission model designed to reward successful referrals.
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 10% of qualifying purchases made by referred customers.
- Minimum Payout: A minimum balance of $25.00 USD must be accumulated before a payout can be processed.
- Holding Period: There is a 30-day commission delay from the date of the qualifying purchase to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.
3 Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the WebOps Hosting Affiliate Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have an active WebOps account in good standing.
- Must provide accurate and verifiable contact and payment information.
Approval Required
WebOps reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We evaluate applications to ensure alignment with our brand values.
4 Commission Payment Terms
We strive to ensure timely and accurate payment of earned commissions.
- Tracking: Referrals and commissions are tracked automatically through our affiliate platform.
- Processing: Commissions are paid out after the mandatory 30-day holding period.
- Account Status: The referred account must remain active and in good standing at the time of payout.
- Threshold: Payouts are only issued once the minimum threshold of $25.00 USD is reached.
- Department: All payouts are processed through our billing department via supported payment methods.
5 Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you are an ambassador for the WebOps Hosting brand. You must adhere to the following responsibilities:
- Use only approved marketing materials, banners, and links provided by WebOps.
- Maintain full transparency about your affiliate relationship (e.g., proper FTC disclosures).
- Avoid any misleading practices, false claims, or deceptive advertising regarding our services.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your marketing efforts.
6 Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Spamming or unauthorized email marketing (violating CAN-SPAM or similar laws).
- Misrepresenting WebOps Hosting services, pricing, or features.
- Using WebOps trademark terms, variations, or misspellings in domain names or paid search advertising (e.g., bidding on "WebOps Hosting").
- Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or generating fraudulent referrals.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. We routinely audit affiliate accounts and will permanently ban individuals found violating these terms.
7 Program Modifications
WebOps Hosting may modify the terms, commission rates, or overall program structure at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or an announcement in the affiliate dashboard. Your continued participation in the program following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
