2. Eligibility
This Guarantee applies exclusively to Managed WordPress Hosting. The following services are specifically excluded from this guarantee:
- VPS Cloud servers
- Expert Services (including Security Assurance and Privacy Compliance)
- Domain Names
- Renewals of any service

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must cancel your hosting plan within 30 days of opening the account, and then contact our support team. Please follow these steps:
- Cancel your hosting plan within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Submit a refund request via our Contact Page.
- Provide your account details and the reason for cancellation.
- Your request will be processed within 7 working days.
Note: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of account opening. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
4. Forfeiture of Services and Licenses
Canceling your hosting plan under this guarantee immediately forfeits all bundled services and software licenses provided with your plan, including but not limited to premium plugins, themes, and other add-ons.
Danger: All bundled software licenses and services are immediately forfeited upon cancellation. You will lose access to premium tools included in your package.
5. Domain Name Charges
If your hosting package included a free domain name registration, the yearly cost of that domain name at our standard list prices will be deducted from your total refund amount. You will retain ownership of the domain name and may transfer it or continue to manage it through WebOps.
6. Refund Process
All approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method used for the purchase. The expected timeline is as follows:
- Approval: 24-48 hours after request submission
- Processing: Up to 7 working days
- Bank Processing: 3-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
7. Exclusions
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is strictly limited to one-time use per customer. Customers who have previously claimed a refund under this policy are not eligible for subsequent claims.
